While we strive to keep all product descriptions, images, and details accurate, packaging and formulation may occasionally vary due to product improvements or supply chain adjustments.
2. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, select the desired product and proceed to checkout.

- UPI and Wallets via PhonePe
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking (if enabled)
All transactions are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway. Your data is encrypted and protected.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Provider:
We use Shiprocket for nationwide delivery.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders typically reach you within 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Shipping Locations:
Currently, we ship only within India.
4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns:
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Refunds:
Refunds are only provided in case of duplicate charges or failed transactions.
To request a refund, email us at moc.erackram@troppus within 48 hours of the transaction. We will verify and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days, with credit to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacements (if applicable):
In rare cases of damaged or incorrect products, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery by submitting photographic evidence. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Your personal data is used only to fulfill your orders and provide customer support. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except to trusted partners like PhonePe and Shiprocket for payment and delivery purposes.
