We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be entertained if a customer has been charged more than once for the same order.
To request a refund, please email us at moc.erac-kramobfsctd-126b70@troppus within 48 hours of the transaction. We will verify the issue within 3 business days.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange/Replacement
We currently do not offer exchanges or replacements. In case of a damaged or incorrect product delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
If accepted, the replacement product will be shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
